How pricing works
What does the GB price cover?
Receiving and processing your monitoring data, plus keeping the original measurements for your chosen period. One GB means one billion metered bytes of measurement data and labels. Data is counted once; duplicate retries and our internal storage copies do not increase your bill. Agent health data, uploaded log excerpts and offline backlogs count toward usage.
Why does longer history cost only a little more?
Processing and protecting a measurement costs the same whether you keep it for 7 or 30 days. Longer history adds storage and backup costs. The GB rate covers both, so doubling the history does not double the total price. Every retention option preserves the same measurement detail.
Can I limit my spending?
An enforced account cap stops new affected data when its next charge would exceed the cap. Existing history stays readable. Checks may continue locally, but buffering is limited and a prolonged cap can leave monitoring gaps. The estimator helps plan a budget; it does not set an account cap.
Are users and agents extra?
There are no separate seat, agent-hour or check-definition fees in this private-agent proposal. Connection, execution and query capacity limits still apply. Public agents, hosted AI, premium support and self-hosted deployments need separate terms.
Are these prices available now?
These are proposed launch prices in USD, excluding tax. Preview accounts keep their existing terms. Billing and retention options must be enabled under an agreed contract before paid use. The monthly platform fee includes no data allowance and has no annual discount. Retention for summaries and query capacity are agreed separately.
