Manage your organization
Find organization settings, fleet controls, AI, permissions, secrets and support.
The Manage navigation group contains account and fleet configuration. Visible pages and available actions follow your role’s explicit permissions. A missing control may require access from an administrator; role names alone do not determine access.
Organization and monitoring settings
- Organization contains appearance, organization profile, timezone, network scope keys and promoted dimensions. Promoted dimensions make chosen labels available for querying; see dimensions.
- Alerts manages rules, policies and channels. Investigate active events in Monitor → Incidents. See alerting.
- Baselines manages seasonal profiles: lookback, minimum history and samples, and the pattern used to compare equivalent historical periods. A series stays in learning until its history requirements are met. Check the organization timezone and baseline query guidance before interpreting a departure from the learned band.
Fleet, usage and access
- Agents handles enrollment, installation, configuration, reporting identity, updates and application log sources. Start with managing agents.
- Usage & budget shows usage, estimates and reporting limits. See usage management and budget planning.
- AI & MCP configures the shared assistant model and personal client tokens. See Spear Assistant and MCP.
- Security provides personal sign-in controls and authorized organization policy changes. See security settings.
- Secrets stores shared credentials and their approved uses. See secrets and grants.
- Users & roles manages invitations, accounts and permission sets. See users and roles.
Use Help for documentation, AI help and support tickets. The separate platform operator console is not the organization’s Users & roles page.
